We believe that everyone is important and that mental health support should not cost the earth. At Nurture Hub, we understand the challenges faced by neurodivergent young people aged 16-30, as well as parents and carers of children with SEND. These experiences can affect many areas of life, including emotional wellbeing, confidence, finances, education and access to appropriate support. We know how stressful and overwhelming this can feel, and we are here to provide affordable, compassionate support.

Parents and carers of children with SEND often have to fight to access the right support. We support parents and carers of children and young people aged 25 or under, as well as neurodivergent young people aged 16-30. A formal diagnosis is not required to access our support.

Parental Mental Health

Good mental health is important, and at Nurture Hub, we understand the impact that caring for a child with SEND can have on your wellbeing. We support parents and carers experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including compassion fatigue, depression, anxiety, chronic sorrow and loss of confidence. Please click the contact button to enquire about our low-cost counselling for parents and carers.

What our clients are saying:

"It really helped just having someone to really listen. I felt like somehow she just got it. Just having the time to be me was important, being able to talk about how hard it is without people telling me how to parent."
